A message dated June 10, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act removing the victims' advocate and the staff of the office                                                          
    of victims' rights from the jurisdiction of the office of the
